Ramblar — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Ramblar (the "App") and our integration gateway (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use Ramblar on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. What Ramblar does

Ramblar transcribes your speech on-device, helps you turn it into actions (notes, reminders, calendar events, message drafts, and — when connected — actions in your organization's systems), and executes external actions **only after you confirm them**.

3. Accounts and organization use

Personal, local features require no account. Enterprise features are provisioned by your organization's administrator, who controls available integrations and your access. Your use of connected systems is also governed by your organization's agreements and policies.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Use Ramblar lawfully and only with data and systems you are authorized to access.
  • Review every action card before confirming; you are responsible for actions you confirm.
  • Keep your device and credentials secure.

    • 5. Confirmation and accuracy

    Ramblar drafts actions from speech and AI reasoning, which can be imperfect. **You are responsible for reviewing and confirming** all actions. We are not liable for actions you confirm.

    6. Third-party services

    Ramblar uses third-party processors (e.g., Anthropic, ElevenLabs) and connects to systems your organization authorizes (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft 365). Your use of those systems is subject to their terms.

    7. Intellectual property

    The App and Service, excluding your content and your organization's data, are owned by us. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them per these Terms.

    8. Privacy

    Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy.

    9. Disclaimers

    The App and Service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. `[Counsel to finalize warranty/limitation language.]`

    10. Limitation of liability
